Feasibility and Concept Design
We undertake feasibility studies to help our clients establish their requirements prior to a planning application. A feasibility study allows you to understand the practicalities of your designs, including considerations such as planning policies and buildability.
Design Development and Planning
Following a survey of your property, we will prepare design proposals for your proposed alterations or extension on AutoCAD and apply for the relevant planning consent. Where necessary, we work with specialist consultants to support your application. During the planning process, we liaise closely with the local authority case officer encouraging the best possible outcome for planning approval. The local authority will determine a planning application in approx. 8-12 weeks.
Building Regulations & Structural Calculations
Once planning has been approved, we can assist with a quote for both Building Regulations and Structural Calculations so that you are then ready to instruct once planning has been approved. Property Surveys
We have extensive experience in undertaking property surveys, having worked with estate agents for over 16 years to produce detailed surveys for their clients. Please check our portfolio for examples.
